Stainless steel surface finish grade

Blunt surface: NO.2D cold-rolled, heat-treated and pickled, its material is soft, and its surface is silvery white, which is used for deep stamping, such as automobile components, water pipes, etc.
Mist surface: The surface of NO.2B cold rolled steel is moderately bright after heat treatment, pickling and finishing. Because the surface is smooth and easy to regrind, it makes the surface more bright and widely used, such as tableware and building materials. After surface treatment to improve mechanical properties, it can meet almost all applications.
Coarse sand No.3 is the product grinded with 100-120 grinding belt. It has good gloss and discontinuous coarse grain. It is used for interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products and kitchen equipment.
Fine sand: NO.4 is the product grinded by grinding belt with particle size of 150-180. It has better glossiness, discontinuous coarse lines and finer stripes than NO. 3. It is used for bath, decoration materials inside and outside buildings, electrical products, kitchen equipment and food equipment, etc.
#320 The product is grinded with No. 320 abrasive belt. It has better glossiness, discontinuous coarse lines and finer stripes than NO.4. It is used for bath, interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products, kitchen equipment and food equipment.
Hairline surface HAIRLINE: HLNO.4 is a product with grinding pattern generated by continuous grinding of polishing abrasive belt with appropriate grain size (subdivision 150-320). It is mainly used for building decoration, elevators, doors and panels of buildings.
Bright surface: BA is the product obtained after cold rolling, bright annealing and leveling. Excellent surface gloss and high reflectivity. Like a mirror surface. Used for household appliances, mirrors, kitchen equipment, decorative materials, etc
